The Board of Directors comprises the following members:

Charley Lin Song, Chairman
Mr. Song is the Executive Director and President of China Resources (Holdings) Co., Ltd. (“CRC”). He is currently the Chairman of China Resources Enterprise Ltd., China Resources Power Holdings Company Limited, and China Resources Land Limited. With extensive experience in corporate management, Mr. Song is responsible for the overall business development and strategic planning for the China Resources Group, which he joined in 1985. He is also an Independent Non-Executive Director of Geely Automobile Holdings Limited and the Deputy Chairman of China Vanke, a leading listed property company in China.
Mr. Song holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanics from the Tongji University in Shanghai.
Wei Jiang, Deputy Chairman
Mr. Jiang is the Deputy Chairman of Harvest Capital Partners. He is also the Chairman of the Investment Committee of the funds and a Director and the Chief Financial Officer of China Resources (Holdings) Co., Ltd. (“CRC”). Mr. Jiang has overall responsibility for the group’s financial and business planning, budgeting and controlling, legal and statutory tax planning, risk management and investment feasibility studies. Mr. Jiang joined CRC in 1988 and was appointed General Manager of the Finance Department in 1999, and became Director in 2000. He assumed his current position of Chief Financial Officer in 2002. Mr. Jiang is also a Director of China Resources Enterprise Limited, China Resources Cement Holdings Limited, China Resources Power Holdings Company Limited, China Resources Land Limited and China Assets (Holdings) Limited.
Mr. Jiang holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Trade and a Master’s degree in International Business and Finance, both from the University of International Business and Economics in Beijing. Mr. Jiang speaks frequently at international business forums and management conferences on topics such as the Balance-Score-Card Panel and Performance Measurements.
