Overview

The Fund will invest in the real estate market in China and will adopt a value-driven strategy, targeting assets which are unique either by reason of their locations or where significant value can be created through refurbishment, repositioning, development and redevelopment, by taking advantage of the strong real estate market in China for asset dispositions to achieve medium term capital appreciation for investors.
