The Fund will adopt a value-driven strategy, sourcing off-market opportunities, targeting a mix of assets which are unique either by reason of their locations or where significant value can be created leveraging the Joint Sponsors' reputations, brand names, industry expertise and experience, and key strategic relationships with developers, owners, operators, government agencies and others.
