Overview

The Fund has been established for the purpose of developing income-generating retail complexes in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities in the People’s Republic of China (excluding Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan), principally identified, developed and managed by SZITIC Commercial Property Co., Ltd. (“SCP”), a commercial property developer and asset manager in China with in-depth and hands-on experience in developing and managing regional shopping malls in the PRC.

The Fund’s portfolio strategy will target the retail sector in the PRC, focusing on developing retail malls anchored by a major supermarket. Investments are expected to be located in cities with strong macro-economic fundamentals, favourable retail market conditions and high growth potential.
