CR China Real Estate Growth Fund I, L.P.
Launched in 2006, this is the first international fund under the management of Harvest Capital Partners. This fund is focused on real estate investments in Mainland China, Hong Kong and Macau. Liberty International, a well-known corporation for retail property investment and development from the UK, acted as the co-sponsor for the fund through its subsidiary company Capital & Counties.
