Strategy

Harvest Capital Partners is committed to a disciplined investment model and an absolute return and value-driven strategy. To achieve medium- to long-term capital appreciation for our investors, Harvest Capital Partners targets assets which are unique either in terms of location or where significant value can be created (or recreated) and enhanced through refurbishment, repositioning, development or redevelopment, thereby capitalizing on the strong demand for asset dispositions in China.

Harvest Capital Partners focuses on four property types:
- Residential development
- Retail malls development and operation
- Office spaces
- Hotels / serviced apartments

The portfolio strategy of our real estate funds is firmly focused on investing in selected regional cities which have a large population base, high economic growth rate and rapidly growing per capita disposable income. Based on these criteria, coupled with prevailing market conditions, the main geographical focus of our investments will be in the Bohai Gulf Region, Yangtze River Delta, Shandong Peninsula, and the Pearl River Delta including Hong Kong and Macau. With a growing track record of success and the backing of China Resources, Harvest Capital Partners has developed a unique pipeline of opportunities in both first and second tier cities in China.
